The return of the all-rounders

Caused by a high degree of laws and standards to be taken into consideration in Germany , promoted by the structure of the honorarium code and, in the end, by the complexity of modern civil engineering a heavily dissected organisational structure of the project involved parties has set up. Appraiser, project developer, controller, design architect, execution planner, quantity surveyor, businessman, site manager of the owner's side, company site managers .... and specialized planners, test engineers, as well as consultants for every detail. Combined with a construction activity predominated by the management of inventory, with ever smaller projects this structure is no longer economical. Good reasons to find back the way to the architect as the all-rounder he always stressed to be.

With the attainable reduction of the communication losses not only the efficiency rises, and the costs get lower, it also rises the commitment towards the owner. Nevertheless, a constant strengthening of the competence by trainings and seminars is a precondition. In my case with emphasis on the commercial aspects of the building process.

On request I make up a workable planning with detailed plans, invite for tenders, supervise the execution and certify the implementation.
